Beer Tending

Beer is any fermented beverage made primarily from barley, hops, yeast and water. It is the oldest alcoholic beverage known to man.

The brewing of beer is depicted on 6,000 year old clay tablets from Babylon to Chinese manuscripts as early as the 23rd century. The first commercial brewery in America was founded in New York in 1623.
